Age & ID Policy

21+ only

Shmoke Shop sells smoking products and accessories to adults aged 21 or over, or the legal minimum age where you live if that is higher. This applies in store and online without exception.

How we verify

In store we check government-issued photo ID. For online enquiries and orders we verify age before dispatch and may request a copy of ID. Orders that cannot be verified are cancelled and refunded.

Intended use

All products are intended for use with legal herbs and tobacco only. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply where you live.

Health notice

Smoking and vaping carry health risks. Any tobacco or nicotine product sold in store carries the health warnings required by law. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
