Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Glass is double-boxed with foam and bubble wrap. All parcels are plain and unbranded. Shipping of smoking accessories is restricted in some states and countries - if in doubt, ask before you order.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Damaged in transit

If glass arrives broken, email a photo of the item and packaging to {EMAIL} within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Hygiene

For health reasons, pipes, mouthpieces and vaporizers that have been used cannot be returned.
